LSC Communications, which was spun off from R.R. Donnelley & Sons in 2016 and offers print and digital media services globally, has bought TriLiteral, which specializes in distributing university press and academic publishers' titles. In addition, LSC has signed multi-year fulfillment agreements with Harvard University Press, the MIT Press and Yale University Press. With a warehouse in Rhode Island, TriLiteral was formed in 2001 as a joint warehousing and fulfillment venture by the three presses and provides a range of publisher services.
