At its latest Summer Book Club Mixer, Books & Books, Coral Gables, Fla., hosted Michael Reynolds, editor-in-chief of Europa Editions, in conversation with Emily Cook, U.S. publishing representative for a number of indie presses, including Canongate, Scribe and Coach House Books. A packed house heard them talk about the history of Europa, all the new books they are excited about, and indie publishing in general.
