This is a wonderful opportunity for a self-starter to fill a newly created position of full-time reprint manager. The manager will be responsible for handling all facets of production for the @ 1M reprints per year.


  • Manage reprint workbook and report
  • Pre-schedule
  • Manage vendor status reports
  • Route corrections through design and editorial
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Attend weekly inventory meeting
  • Reconcile and approve invoices
  • Manage titles transferring from China to the USA/USA to China
    • Ordering dummy and templates
    • Maintain library
    • Communicate schedule changes/slippage
    • Work with Exec Dir of Inventory to prioritize reprints


  • 3-5 Years’ experience working in book production
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve
  • Excellent organizational skill
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient to MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
