Last week, Tattered Cover, Denver, Colo., hosted a presentation and signing by Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper for his new memoir, The Opposite of Woe: My Life in Beer & Politics (Penguin Press). The event was at the Wynkoop Brewery, which Hickenlooper co-founded (he and Tattered Cover longtime owner Joyce Meskis were instrumental in turning around downtown Denver).
