Blake Casper and Allison Casper Adams, the owners of the Oxford Exchange in Tampa, Fla., are the grandchildren of Fritz Casper, who opened the first McDonald's in Florida. They still run the franchises in Northern Florida that their grandfather built, so they had a lively conversation with author Lisa Napoli about her book Ray & Joan (Dutton), which explores the lives of Ray Kroc, who made a fortune developing the McDonald's franchises, and his philanthropist wife, Joan.
