Finalists have been announced in eight categories for the 2017 Canadian Children's Book Centre Awards, which "exemplify some of the very best work by Canadian authors and illustrators from across the country." Winners of the English-language awards will be announced in Toronto November 21, while French-language award winners will be named in Montreal November 8.
