Rvive Books, which reprints many lost and classic works of American
literature and nonfiction, particularly from the late 19th and early
20th century.
St. Lynn's Press, Pittsburgh, Pa., founded in 2005, which publishes titles
promoting a sustainable, healthy and globally conscious world,
focusing on organic living, health and healing, dharmic business and
eco-awareness.
Hilton Publishing, founded in 1996 by cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Hilton
Hudson, which publishes titles on health literacy with a focus on minority
