Donna Paz Kaufman recalled that the two met "because of an author," when she was managing Davis-Kidd Booksellers in Nashville, Tenn. Then, "for the last 32 years, we've helped other people open and successfully, profitably, run their independent bookstores," she continued, via the Bookstore Training Group at Paz & Associates.
