Marisa Russell has joined Highlights as marketing & publicity director, books & retail, effective August 3. She was most recently founder of Marisa Russell PR and previously held senior publicity roles at Little, Brown Books for Young Readers, Penguin Young Readers Group, and HarperCollins Children's Books.
