Semifinalists have been chosen for the 2025 Dr. Tony Ryan Book Awards, which recognize "excellence in thoroughbred sport literature" and are sponsored by Castleton Lyons farm. Finalists will be announced later this month and the winner will be celebrated at a ceremony on November 4. The semifinalists:
