Sourcebooks has established a Bespoke Publishing program that gives authors more creative control and focuses on customized designs and workflows tailored to entrepreneurial authors, the company said.

The program will be headed by Carolyn Telesca, the company's new v-p of Bespoke Publishing Operations. Telesca has more than 20 years of experience leading creative production teams.
Also joining the program is Heather Hall, newly promoted to manager of editorial production for Bespoke Publishing Operations. Hall has been with Sourcebooks for 13 years, and has been a key part of the company's romance imprints.
