A trailer has been released for On Swift Horses, based on Shannon Pufahl's 2019 novel, IndieWire reported. The film had its world premiere during the Toronto International Film Festival last year, where it was acquired by Sony Pictures Classics. It will have its U.S. debut at SXSW, where it will close the fest on March 13, and be released to theaters April 25.
Directed by Daniel Minahan, On Swift Horses stars Will Poulter, Daisy Edgar-Jones, and Jacob Elordi. The film was developed by Minahan and producer Peter Spears, as well as Tim Headington through Ley Line Entertainment. Theresa Steele Page and screenwriter Bryce Kass are on board as producers.
