Clive Owen (Children of Men, Croupier) has joined Anya Taylor-Joy (The Queen's Gambit, Lucky) in How to Kill Your Family, the British Netflix drama based on Bella Mackie's bestselling novel, with Emma Moran creating for TV, Deadline reported. The cast also includes Orlando Norman and David Shields.
Taylor-Joy plays the murderous Grace Bernard, the protagonist of Mackie's book. The synopsis: "Grace is the forgotten child of Simon Artemis, a merciless billionaire. After a heartbreaking rejection, Grace decides to exact revenge. But will this deadly scheme take even more from Grace than she's already lost?"
Sid Gentle (Killing Eve) is producing the series, with journalist and author Mackie exec producing alongside Moran, Sally Woodward Gentle, Lizzie Rusbridger, Lee Morris, and Taylor-Joy through her LadyKiller label.
