The Logistics Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient storage, movement, and distribution of inventory while ensuring operational accuracy, safety, and compliance. This role manages warehouse staff, inventory control, shipping and receiving operations, and transportation logistics to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. The position serves as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal departments, coordinating procurement, storage, manufacturing schedules, and distribution activities. Additionally, the Logistics Warehouse Manager develops and improves warehouse processes, enforces safety standards, optimizes workflows, and maintains accurate inventory records to support the organization's overall operational and business objectives.
Core Responsibilities

Oversee inventory levels, manage staff, implement safety protocols, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely deliveries.

Manage and ensure the accuracy of product storage warehouse inventories, facilitating

commercial connections between customers and suppliers.

Discussions and negotiations with goods carriers about shipment costs

Establishing and managing incoming and outbound shipping schedules

Managing the flow of resources and goods throughout an organization

Collaborating with different divisions within the business to enhance logistics

Supervising the remainder of the logistics team’s job

Supervising the process of importing and exporting a product

Coordinate manufacturing schedules, storage, and shipment of certain goods and commodities.

Developing procedures and systems for scheduling and tracking procurement and distribution operations.

Safety & Compliance: Enforcing OSHA regulations, conducting safety training, and maintaining a secure work environment

Operational Optimization: Analyzing workflows, implementing process improvements, and utilizing Warehouse Management Systems

Liaison with customers, suppliers, and employees to ensure proper inventory documentation, ordering, and delivery schedules.

Other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control procedures, shipping and receiving processes, and transportation logistics.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Sage Intacct, Scan force or any inventory tracking software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment as needed.
- Familiarity with comic books, graphic novels, manga, or pop culture entertainment.
Compensation and Benefits
Currently available benefits include:
- Annual compensation for this position is $60,000-$70,000. All salaries and salary ranges posted by Mad Cave Studios may vary depending on experience, skills, location, and like considerations.
